Rules for Field of Dreams.
): By entry to the premises you agree to these rules.
): You are only permitted as part of an organized event or through a lease arrangement with binding contract and with all liability waivers signed for your participation. If you are found to be trespassing, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!
): Pit riding is only permitted by riders who are AMA members and have signed a liability waiver. In addition you must wear a DOT motorcycle approved helmet at ALL times and not ride faster than a brisk walk.
): No open fires. If you have a barbecue or contained apparatus, please do not burn items that might lead to punctures in tractor tires or injuries to pedestrian traffic when disposed of. We have had planks of wood burned that have punctured very expensive tractor tires...when the nails didn't burn!
): No swimming in the pond, and no jumping BMX bikes in the pond off the wharf, (no we're not kidding, it has happened).
): No alcohol and no illegal drugs. If you get busted with either, don't say we didn't warn you. This is a family sport and we intend to promote it as such.
): Any observed harassment, disturbance, assault, public nuisance or bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to expel participants who behave in a manner that endangers persons or property without refund. We also reserve the right to ask local law enforcement officials to do so on our behalf.
): All participants are expected to conform to the rules of The American Motorcyclist's Association Rule Book, (as amended) and the District 5 Motorcycling Association Rule Book (as amended). Persons found not in conformity, (cheating) with rules of our governing bodies forfeit the rights of prizes and relinquish the rights of privacy for reason of their disqualification.
): All participants are expected to practice only with the registered class of competitors as established at sign up. Racers that are found to be in practice sessions that are not part of their class may disqualify themselves from pro purse payout and other awards.
): All racers participating in AMA sanctioned events must attend the rider's meeting prior to participation in practice or racing.
): There is no recreation vehicle waste disposal on site. All vehicles must come and leave the premises in a contained state.
): Oils and petroleum fluids are not permitted to be drained onto the land. All fluids must be disposed of responsibly off premises.
